Return & Refund Policy

At USpree, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth, worry-free shopping experience from the USA to Bangladesh. This policy explains how returns and refunds work under our service.

Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product, depending on the original store’s return policy in the USA.

  • We will inform customers before order confirmation if a product is returnable or non-returnable.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process

  • To request a return, customers must contact USpree through email,or Social Media with the order details and reason.

  • Our USpree delivery team will personally collect the return item from the customer’s address and handle the entire process — including return shipping, paperwork, and communication with the U.S. store.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and customs costs, unless the issue was caused by USpree.

  • We handle everything for the customer, ensuring a hassle-free return experience.

Refunds

  • Refunds are based on the store’s refund policy in the USA. Once the U.S. store confirms the return and refund, we will process it for the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the order.

  • If the customer paid a deposit, it will be refunded minus the 10% service fee if canceled before shipment.

  • After shipment, deposits are non-refundable.

  • We will handle the full courier insurance claim process for customers who purchase insurance, following the courier’s refund policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, the customer must notify our team immediately and check the product before signing.

  • If the damage occurred while the product was with USpree’s local team, we’ll find the best possible solution or offer a full refund/replacement.

  • If the damage or loss occurred during international shipping, claims will be handled based on the courier’s insurance policy if the customer purchased insurance.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the U.S. store’s website

  • Perishable goods, personalized items, or health and beauty products (if opened)

  • Any product not covered by the U.S. store’s return window

Processing Time

  • Refunds may take 5–15 business days after the U.S. store confirms the refund.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the original store, payment method, and bank or gateway policies.

  • USpree reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to improve customer experience and comply with U.S. and Bangladeshi regulations.
