Welcome to USpree (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. About USpree

USpree connects customers in Bangladesh with 100% authentic products from the United States. We help customers purchase, ship, and deliver original U.S. items directly to their door in Bangladesh, including handling customs, shipping, and logistics.

We also take orders from customers in the United States who wish to send products to their loved ones in Bangladesh — they can simply place the order, and we’ll handle everything else.


2. Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order or use our services.


3. Ordering Process

Customers can order by submitting a request through our website or contacting us via social media, or email at contact.uspree@gmail.com.

Once we receive a request, we will provide the total cost, including product price, shipping, customs, and service fees.

Orders will be confirmed after the required payment or deposit is received.




4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made by credit/debit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Wise, PayPal, and other accepted methods.

For cash on delivery orders, a deposit is required to cover shipping, customs, service fees, and return shipping costs.

Deposits are non-refundable after shipping. If an order is canceled before shipping, only the service fee and necessary charges will be deducted.


5. Pricing & Service Fees

Customers pay the total amount, which includes product cost, international shipping, customs fees, and a 10% USpree service charge.

All prices are displayed in USD and BDT for transparency.

No U.S. tax applies to purchases, helping customers save on costs.


6. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped through trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and others.

Estimated delivery time to Bangladesh is 5–10 business days after order confirmation; however, it may take longer depending on customs clearance, courier processing, or the customer’s chosen shipping method.

Customers who prefer longer or more economical shipping options can choose that at the time of order — in such cases, delivery time may extend beyond the estimated range.

Customers will receive a tracking number once their product has been shipped.

In Bangladesh, door-to-door delivery is provided nationwide by USpree team members, who will also collect items from your door for returns to ensure the best service.




7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, based on the store’s original return policy in the United States.

Customers must inspect their product upon delivery. After acceptance, USpree is not responsible for any damage or issue.

The customer pays return shipping and related costs.

USpree handles the entire return process on behalf of the customer. Our delivery team will pick up the product and ship it back to the U.S. store for return.

If the original U.S. store does not accept returns, USpree may not be able to process the return.

If the original U.S. store accepts the return, USpree ensures the product is returned properly and the refund or replacement is processed.


8. Product Damage, Loss & Insurance

USpree is not responsible for any product damage or loss caused during international shipping, customs, or courier handling.

Customers will be informed about optional courier insurance. If they choose insurance, USpree will handle the entire claims process with the courier and ensure any refund or replacement is processed according to the courier’s policy.

If the USpree team causes any damage to the product after receiving it from customs, we will find the best possible way to fix the issue.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, cancellations are not allowed.

If a valued customer chooses to cancel their order after paying the deposit but before the product has been shipped, USpree will refund the deposit minus our 10% service fee.

Deposits are non-refundable after the product has been shipped.



10. Referral Program

Customers who post about USpree on Facebook or Instagram and tag our official page will receive 5% off their next order’s service fee.


11. Communication

We aim to respond to all messages and inquiries as soon as possible.

Customers can contact us through email at contact.uspree@gmail.com or social media for updates and support.

If there is any complaint about our service, please report it immediately — we take it seriously and will resolve it promptly to ensure the best service.


12. Legal Compliance & Responsibility

Our Responsibility:
USpree takes full responsibility for checking the legality and eligibility of every item before shipment. Since we are the party placing the order, we ensure all shipments comply with U.S. and Bangladeshi regulations.
If any product violates shipping or customs laws, USpree will handle communication and resolution with the carrier or relevant authority.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers must provide correct and complete information when submitting an order. Once an order is confirmed, the customer is responsible for ensuring all provided details (address, item link, etc.) are accurate.

Compliance:
USpree strictly follows carrier, customs, and government rules.

Acceptance of Terms:
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that USpree reserves the right to update or change them as needed.




13. Limitation of Liability

USpree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays caused by customs, couriers, or other third parties.


14. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Customs fees are estimated and collected in advance. If Bangladesh customs charges less than the amount paid, any extra amount will be refunded to the customer.



14. Changes to Terms

USpree reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised.
