At USpree, we prioritize the safety and security of your orders:

  • Optional Courier Insurance: Customers can choose insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

  • Full Claim Handling: If insurance is purchased, USpree manages the entire claim process with the courier.

  • Careful Handling: Packages are carefully handled from the USA to Bangladesh via trusted couriers and our USpree delivery team.

  • Delivery Proof: Customers must check and sign upon delivery. Photos of the package are taken as proof (customer face not shown).

  • Communication Safety: Delivery-related calls or messages may be recorded only for quality service.

Shipping Policy

USpree provides a premium, nationwide delivery service across Bangladesh:

  • Delivery Coverage: We ship across Bangladesh using trusted couriers such as UPS, DHL, USPS, and others.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after order placement. Delivery may vary based on customer choice, courier delays, weather, or customs. USpree is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

  • Delivery Coordination: Our team contacts customers before delivery to confirm timing. Missed deliveries may incur additional charges for repeated attempts.

  • Complete Handling: USpree manages everything from purchase, shipping, delivery, returns, and insurance claims.

  • Courier Policies: We follow all courier guidelines to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Restricted Items (What We Cannot Ship)

To comply with U.S. and Bangladeshi laws, as well as courier policies, USpree cannot ship certain restricted items:

  • Cash, gold, or silver bars

  • Explosives, weapons, or ammunition

  • Drugs, alcohol, or tobacco

  • Perishable food or liquids (unless pre-approved)

  • Animals or animal products

  • illegal content

  • Batteries or hazardous materials not properly declared

  • Fake, counterfeit, or pirated goods

  • Any item not purchased online through USpree

Important: Before confirming any order, USpree checks every product to ensure it is not restricted, so customers do not need to worry about customs or legal issues.
