We offer same-day delivery in many areas, depending on location and customer preference.
All delivery costs are included in our 10% service charge — no hidden fees.

Delivery Safety & Conduct
Our delivery team will only go up to your main gate and will not enter the house or go up to any floor unless it is an emergency. Customers must collect the product from the gate. If a delivery team member feels unsafe during delivery, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and our team will contact the customer to safely reschedule the delivery.
We take safety and professional conduct extremely seriously. Any incident in which a delivery team member harasses or assaults a customer, or a customer harasses or assaults our team member, is treated as a serious matter. USpree will address such issues immediately and take all appropriate measures, including legal action if necessary, to ensure safety and accountability.
Communication During Delivery
All communication with customers (calls or messages) during delivery may be recorded for quality and service improvement.

Delivery Confirmation
When the customer receives the product, they must check the item carefully before confirming receipt.
After the delivery is confirmed, USpree will send a unique delivery PIN to the recipient. The customer must provide this PIN to the USpree delivery team member at the time of delivery to receive the product.

If the customer fails to provide the correct PIN, USpree reserves the right to reject the product delivery for security reasons.
Missed Deliveries
Before delivery, our team will coordinate with you to set a suitable delivery time.
If you’re unavailable at the scheduled time, we’ll attempt a second delivery at no extra cost.
If delivery fails again, an additional delivery fee may apply depending on the order and distance.

Return Pickup
For approved returns, our USpree delivery team will personally collect the item from your address and handle the return shipment to the U.S. store.
